​Before you register, please read the below important information.

Registration for the summit is only available online and must be done on an individual basis (not available as a 'group' booking). Individuals can register their partner and child(ren) on the same registration.

An email confirmation is sent to all registrations.

31 January 2025: Early bird registration closes
30 April 2025: Last day for registration
Register early to take advantage of discounted rates. 

Registration costs

• Early bird - Attendance for 2 day summit program: $200pp 

• Standard cost - Attendance for 2 day summit program: $250pp

• Friday night cocktail function: $55pp (not included in summit program above)

• Saturday Gala evening: $95pp (not included in summit program above)

• Sunday Foundation Breakfast: $45pp (not included in summit program above)

• Saturday afternoon 'Hands on Project': $FREE

• Sunday morning 'End Polio' Walk: $FREE​

Tickets are limited. Early booking is encouraged.

Registration for children (under age 18)
A parent or legal guardian must complete a registration form to register those under the age of 18. Cost to be determined based on numbers.

​Cancellations and refunds
Refunds, less administrative costs, will be made available up until 30 days prior to the event. No refunds available within 30 days (except for extenuating circumstances per committee decision).
