Anyone! We encourage Rotarians, Rotaractors, invited guests from across the Districts 9510, 9780, 9800 and other districts of Rotary world.

Can I get a refund if I find that I can no longer attend?

Accepted Answer

Full refunds will be made available up to 30 days prior to the event. Within 30 days, it will be determined on a case by case and if extenuating circumstances apply.

Is there a dress code for the conference?

Dress comfortably! You are encouraged to wear your Rotary branded shirts – club or Polio etc.

Do I need to bring my Rotary Club name tag?

Yes, please bring your Rotary/Rotaract Club name tag. It helps to identify who you are and which club you are affiliated with. It also helps us to continue being environmentally friendly and aligning with Rotary's Areas of Focus.
